Global Realty Opens Seattle’s Residential and Resort Showroom in Belltown

After several months of construction the Residential & Resort Showroom officially opened to the public on June 26. This artfully-inspired gallery showcases not only exclusive property listings from Seattle but network listings from around the world as well. This claim is also possible given the installation of original works of art from international artists, thanks to a partnership with Sun Valley-based Gallery DeNovo and local interior designer Garret Cord Werner.
Designed by Realogics’ own Stacy Jones in concert with Serkland Architects and Adatto Construction, the 3,500 sq. ft. provides gusts with a refined venue to casually explore buying or selling real estate knowing Seattle’s preeminent experts on the marketplace are on call to assist. Or for those inclined to help themselves, interactive kiosks are available to surf the listings – on demand. In an interview with The Seattle Times, Dean Jones said that the retail space is a “resource center” for those looking locally or globally, including a focus on resort markets popular with locals. Collectively, the Residential & Resort Showroom presents Seattleites with a new venue for real estate, artfully uniting extraordinary properties with extraordinary lives.
