Scott Wasner is a Broker and Founding Director with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, based in Seattle, Washington.

Scott provides his clients with over 20 years of customer service, project management, marketing, and sales negotiation skills. Scott also currently serves as the Director of Private Residences at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, where he oversees the sales and marketing of the remaining inventory of homes, which represents $40,000,000.00 in Luxury Real Estate. One of Scott's most notable transactions was ranked as the largest overall sale and largest condominium sale in the Greater Seattle Area for 2010.

Prior to launching his career in real estate, Scott held senior-level positions in sales and marketing management within the high-end sector of the travel industry; which allowed him to travel extensively throughout more than 37 countries. Working within this arena helped confirm what he had always believed is paramount in a successful client relationship: customer anticipation. He believes that success in sales is only reached by anticipating the needs of the clients, even before those ideals are fully realized by the client themself. All this has prepared Scott for the challenging yet exciting world of high-end real estate.

Scott is an active supporter of various social and business committees with the Washington Athletic Club, Rainier Club, Seattle Art Museum and Evergreen Golden Retriever Rescue.

Mr. Wasner resides in Seattle with his wife and their two Golden Retrievers.
