Chris is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State and serves on the executive management team of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty as Director of Development & Sales. His experience in new construction development sales and residential sales management allows Chris to work with a wide range of clients and agents ranging from residential real estate developers to well-established residential listing agents.

Prior to joining Realogics, Chris worked with a multi-family developer services group overseeing developments and project sales teams in the greater Seattle area. He is passionate about development and building loyal relationships with both agents and developer clients.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Washington and is an avid supporter of the university and Husky athletics. Chris also earned a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington. A resident of Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, Chris volunteers as coach of a youth basketball and soccer team at the Queen Anne Community Center.
