Honored nationally with "Development Firm of the Year" by the Pillars of Industry in 2001, Dean was named "Marketing Director of the Year" in 2003 by National Association of Home Builders. Dean was acknowledged as one of Seattle Magazine's "Most Influential People" in 2004. He is a regular contributor to local media and organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, Downtown Seattle Association and others.

Stacy Jones has elevated the real estate marketing industry with inspired consumer-focused branding, product placements, high profile cross-promotions. With more than 20 years of consumer marketing experience; including numerous advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, Stacy's passion is to create and position products that consumers prefer. Stacy has become widely respected as a driver for many of downtown Seattle's most noted marketing solutions. In 2006 & 2008, Stacy was honored with "Marketing Director of the Year" for the Pacific Northwest by the National Association of Home Builders. Stacy applies her experience in building careers and market share for brokers within Realogics Sotheby's International Realty.

Chad Zinda leads Realogics Sotheby's International Realty's future expansion. Drawing on more than 15 years in real estate experience as a successful broker and having spent the past 10 years in brokerage management, Chad oversees all corporate operations for the realty as well as broker and brand development. As a certified sales trainer (recognized by Washington State Department of Licensing) Chad is known for "building better brokers" by meeting both licensing requirements and providing skill building and education within a dynamic real estate marketplace. His breadth of creative and strategic talents and collaborative style define a new voice in the local real estate community.

Building on fifteen years’ experience within residential real estate and drawing from more than a decade in direct sales management, Tony Dwyer oversees the new construction and development division for Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. His track record includes dozens of successful communities representing hundreds of home sale across a myriad of product types and price points – many managed from land acquisition through individual unit closings. Tony is an industry opinion leader on market research, product design, development underwriting, construction and pricing. He balances analytical acumen with signature interpersonal skills that has set the standard for the sales teams he leads. Born and raised in Seattle, Tony has a fundamental understanding of the Pacific Northwest and the market dynamics that shape the region.
