She has launched some of the region's largest and most successful multi-family condominium projects, including 2200and The Four Seasons Private Residences in downtown Seattle, Washington Square in Bellevue and Tribeca in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood. And prior to relocating to Seattle, Julie worked for Toll Brothers Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona, overseeing marketing campaign development and implementation, sales projections, pricing strategy, floor plan design, finish selection and sales team management for luxury single-family homes.
