Christi's real estate career spans over 18 years selling in the Puget Sound region. While finishing her bachelor degree at the University of Washington, she took a position with a large regional developer, selling onsite multi-family communities and found her passion. In 2003 she joined a team with a brokerage focusing on urban condominium communities. Through her success in sales, marketing and developing strong onsite sales teams, Christi was promoted to senior level management, strategically planning project launches, training onsite agents and managing sales and marketing efforts for numerous developments. Christi has been directly or indirectly involved in over 3,100 sales transactions to date. In 2008 with the changing market Christi changed her focus and parlayed her strategic selling strategies to assisting individual buyers and sellers. Working with builders and developers all over the Puget Sound area has provided invaluable knowledge in assisting my client's in achieving their goals on professional level.
