Dean Jones is the primary marketing strategist behind the Pacific Northwest’s most respected real estate projects. His dynamic experience as a former developer, analytical mindset and creative insight combine to provide clients with the same breadth of knowledge and dedication that brought national honors to many of his own projects. In addition to being honored with “Development Firm of the Year” nationally by the Pillars of Industry (NAHB) in 2001, Dean was named “Marketing Director of the Year” in 2003 by the National Association of Home Builders, and he was acknowledged as one of Seattle Magazine’s “Most Influential People” in 2004. Dean is a passionate member of the community and a regular contributor to industry symposiums, local publications and institutions such as the Urban Land Institute, the Downtown Seattle Association and other professional organizations.
Stacy Jones has elevated the real estate marketing industry with inspired consumer-focused branding, product placements, image building and high-leverage cross-promotions. Approaching 20 years of consumer marketing experience, which includes numerous advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, Stacy’s passion is to create and position products that consumers prefer. In real estate, Stacy has become widely respected as the primary driver for many of downtown Seattle’s most noted marketing solutions. Her efforts are unanimously recognized by her clients and her peers as well as by national judges. In 2006 and 2008, Stacy was honored with “Marketing Director of the Year” for the Pacific Northwest by the National Association of Home Builders.
Sam Cunningham joins the Realogics family as a managing broker and partner in Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. Over the last decade Sam has been directly or indirectly involved in more than 3,000 residential transactions including new construction condominiums, conversions, town homes, single family residences and resort properties. He has successfully recruited and placed more than sixty site sales agents while managing dozens of projects simultaneously. Several of these sales teams have earned national honors for their contributions on award-winning developments. Sam’s third-party agent relationships have generated millions of dollars in co-broker commissions paid to date. Fluent in four languages, Sam has been instrumental in developing international sales relationships. His leadership is recognized with designations from the National Association of Homebuilders including the prestigious CSP title (Community Sales Professional) & MIRM (Member, Institute of Residential Marketing).
