Over the last decade Sam has been directly or indirectly involved in more than 3,000 residential transactions including new construction condominiums, conversions, town homes, single family residences and resort properties. He has successfully recruited and placed more than sixty site sales agents while managing dozens of projects simultaneously. Several of these sales teams have earned national honors for their contributions on award-winning developments. Sam's third-party agent relationships have generated millions of dollars in co-broker commissions paid to date. Fluent in four languages, Sam has been instrumental in developing international sales relationships. His leadership is recognized with designations from the National Association of Homebuilders including the prestigious CSP title (Community Sales Professional) & MIRM (Member, Institute of Residential Marketing).
