Born in San Francisco, California, Cybele attended the University of California, Davis majoring in Sociology, then continued her education achieving a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She moved to Seattle in 2006 where she resides with her husband and two children.
Cybele worked for the California State Department of Rehabilitation for 12 years as an advocate for people with disabilities. Working directly with clients for 6 years moving then into a Contract Administrator position where she wrote, negotiated and managed state contracts for two counties. Cybele's background has instilled in her the importance of attention to detail, the ability to focus on client needs and the art of successful negotiations . She has both the emotional and analytical skills to assist clients in making the best possible decisions in today's challenging real estate market.
